Rhino Squad LLC ("Rhino Squad," "we," "us") provides virtual assistant matching and management services and free educational workshops for business owners. By using our website (rhinosquad.org), registering for a workshop, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our online workshops are free to attend and delivered live via Zoom. Registration is required; attendance is limited to business owners and their teams. Workshop access links are for the registrant only and may not be shared or redistributed. We may record sessions for internal quality purposes; we do not distribute recordings. We may reschedule or cancel a session — registrants will be notified by email.
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We use this information to deliver what you signed up for: confirmations, reminders, the Zoom join link, and workshop follow-up. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
If you check the SMS consent box at registration, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Rhino Squad LLC about the workshop you registered for — reminders, the Zoom link, and workshop updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent is not a condition of registration or purchase.
Our VA services are governed by a separate service agreement provided at signup. If these terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls for those services.
Workshop and website content is educational and general in nature. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and business results vary. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Workshop materials, workbooks, and website content are owned by Rhino Squad LLC. You may use them for your own business; you may not resell, republish, or redistribute them without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or registration systems — no automated scraping, no false registrations, no interference with the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhino Squad LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, workshops, or content. Our total liability for any claim related to free services is limited to $100.
