How do I hire a virtual assistant if I don't have time to train one?
Have the training captured before your VA starts, so it isn't your job. At Rhino Squad, we meet with you once while you screen-record how you do the work, and we turn that recording into step-by-step instructions. If you already have written processes, we use those.
Then our top candidates do a mock day's work based on your real tasks. You see who can actually do the job before day one, not just who interviews well.
Once your VA starts, you get a checklist every morning of what they're working on and a report at the end of the day of what got done. You always know where your tasks are, without managing them.

So if you'd hire a VA but you don't have the time to train one, then this is for you. I know it feels like training takes time that you already don't have, so then you never feel like you get the help that you signed up for in the first place. Here's how to hire your first VA, or maybe your second or third, without ending up managing them. Most owners hire a VA and then they hand them a bunch of tasks and then they end up answering a ton of questions and then they still feel like all of those tasks still circle back to them. But here's how we do it instead. Before day one, we capture how your work gets done. If you don't already have all of your standard operating procedures, that's actually awesome because we're going to meet with you, have you do a screen capture just once, and then we are going to record the step-by-step processes for your tasks. And then our top candidates are all going to do a mock day's work based on the actual work they're going to be doing for you so that you know they can actually do the work instead of just ace the interviews and have great resumes. Then once they start, they're going to send you their checklist of what they're going to do every single morning. You don't even have to look at it, but it's there. And then they're going to send you an end-of-day report of what they did that day. So you always know where all of your tasks are. We train your VA on how to manage up. So that means that can keep throwing tasks at them, and they're going to respond by saying, here's the list of all the things I'm working on. Here's where I think that most recent task you gave me fits into my priority list, let me know if not. Otherwise, I'm just going to keep working. And we have a full tech team of support, so all of the questions are not going to just land on you. And if you want, once your VA has taken over this work, we can have our AI consultants and our automation experts come in and help your virtual assistant automate their tasks so they can take on more tasks You can book a free call at rhinosquad .org and I'll help you work through this and figure out how this new hire can save you time, make you more money, And help you systematize your business so you can stay in your zone of genius.

For this role, part of our process is to collect the training before you even have your person. And then we have the top candidates go through the training and then we'll create a mock day's work. And what that means is our testing coordinator is gonna act like he's a customer calling knowing that, they just learned about the role like an hour ago, you know, knowing that we're just trying to get a feel for like how quick they are, their personality, all of that. So that's how we vet. So you don't have to wonder like, is this gonna be okay to have someone in the Philippines doing this? You don't even have to wonder because you're gonna see before day one.

Imagine this, you hire a virtual assistant. We help you collect all of the standard operating procedures before you've even started with your virtual assistant. We package them. We test your top candidates in a mock day's work to see if they actually can do the work. And then when you start, they've already been trained. The SOPs have already been made. You are ready to hit the ground running. And then the first day they start work you get a get beginning of day checklist of these are all the things that I'm doing for you today. And then, do you need anything else? Do you need to add anything to it? Do you need to take anything away? Do you need to shift the priorities? And then throughout the day, let's say you come up with other things you want them to do. You send them messages. You're like, hey, can you do this? Can you do this? They add it to their checklist. They're like, okay, I think this is the new priority order. Does this look right to you? And you correct it. And then at the end of the day you get an end of day report that says this is what I did today. This is what I'm doing tomorrow.
