How can a virtual assistant use AI for my business?

Okay, if you're a business owner and you're spending hours learning AI, is that the highest and best use of your time? I mean, I would say yes, because AI is amazing. However, what if there was a much faster way to do it, one that made you more money and saved you time at the same time? Okay, that's what I do. So if you want, we can get on a call. And if you tell me all of the things that you do in your company currently, or if you tell me about your company and how you currently make money, I can tell you, okay, these are the things that an AI agent can do. And then these are the things that you'll need a human to do still, all of the things that are done online that a human can still do. And then what if you had a human running all of your AI agents, building them, and this human, like what you're paying for them, is far less than what they're making you. And then what if that human had access to AI consultants for whenever they get stuck because AI keeps changing and things do break still. You can make this really, really cool dashboard and everything's working great and then all of a sudden it's not working great and it's just nice to have that expert come in and fix it and not fix it with you and have you on your computer trying to do it, but have a virtual assistant in the Philippines or Latin America talking to the AI consultant, fixing everything. Okay, that's the structure of my company, our Rhino Squad virtual assistants. And I always say, if I can make you more money while saving you time, then you're going to stay with us. And one of my favorite things is watching my clients scale their businesses and having a little small part in that feels absolutely incredible. And not only scale their businesses, but helping them scale their businesses while working less so they can spend more time with their families, more time on their hobbies or more time working on things that they like working on in their business. If they're like me, I finally got time freedom and now I just get to work by the beach on really cool things and learn AI which I absolutely love, AI and my brain just love each other. Well, I don't know if AI loves me, but I love it. I feel like it's a one-sided relationship sometimes. Anyways, let's get on a call. Let's talk about your business. I just love talking to other business owners. I love strategy. And yeah, let's see what we can make happen.

Okay, do you want an example of how my assistant and my agents are helping me with SEO? So we have this video, right? We take this video, all I do is upload it, right? And then my assistant puts it in their AI video editor that we made. It's really, really cool. I won't get into the weeds of that, but it's really cool. And then the AI agents once the video is done and the transcript is made the AI agent whips up a blog page on my site with this video, with the transcript it also whips up all of the captions so that the words that people are looking for are at the top of the captions. It does all of these little things and we have this SEO plan that we can plug in for your virtual assistant so they can have their AI agents maximizing every little bit of content you do. And with my customers, I always say, you we want you to have your original thought leadership. Maybe you're talking into a voice memo to capture that. Maybe you're doing a video like this. Maybe you love to write. You capture your original thought leadership you send it to your virtual assistant and then they, with the help of their little AI agents are going to make sure that it's posted everywhere and make sure that you're getting the maximum reach for every little bit of original thought leadership that you have for every little bit of content that you make. So my time making content is very, very, very small because I have this process and I have my assistant who takes it and runs with it. And I would love to set that up for you too. And if you haven't heard already, my goal is to save you time and make you more money at the same time. And you literally can just have your money back if we don't do that for you. But we're really good at it. We're gonna do it for you.

And so the way we work is I talk to you about how do we make you more money in less time? And then how do we plug the virtual assistant in there to do all of the things to make you more money and save you time? And then after the virtual assistant's plugged in, our AI consultants work with them to automate their tasks so they can move into higher and higher level positions with you, hopefully making you more and more money in less time.
